A staffing agency for digital interns

Hire a digital intern.
Keep the final say.

Your team already knows which work comes back every single day. And you've probably noticed it's rarely the work they were hired for. That's where a digital intern starts: inside the tools you already use, preparing the work and waiting for your yes.

    In short

    What is Sorrato?

Sorrato is a Netherlands-based staffing agency for digital interns. We place a named, managed digital intern inside the tools your team already uses, give it one repetitive, rule-based process, and supervise it for you. You hire capacity, not software: no new tool for your team to learn, and a person still decides everything that matters.

    Founded by
Ronald Kloots and Vito Kloots, father and son.
    First step
A €349 Proof of Value, delivered in 5 working days, money back if the criteria agreed up front are not met, credited to your first month if you continue.
    After that
From €1,500 a month per digital intern. Monthly, no lock-in.
    Based in
Den Haag, the Netherlands. Working across the European Union, in Dutch and English.

    The problem

Your most expensive people are doing your cheapest work.

You know better than anyone what an hour of your best people is worth. Every hour they spend on email triage, CRM updates or data entry doesn't go to the work you hired them for.

An intern starts small. Reads. Checks. Drafts. Waits for your yes. And as it proves itself, you decide how much more it takes on.

How many of those hours sit in your own team? The capacity check works it out in three minutes, per workflow.

    Work out your own week
An example week of 40 hours. 12 of them are routine: sorting mail, retyping, chasing. Point at an hour to see what fills it.

    The interns

One job each. Honest about where they are.

Maybe you’ll recognise your own process in one of them. Four are working today, one of them for us. One is built and shown on demo data, and we say so.

    How a hire works

From first call to live, in about a month.

Hiring a digital intern starts with a Proof of Value. In a short call we pick one process together. We build your intern in five working days, introduce you to it, and you watch it do your work on sample data. Then you decide. Until then, we don't touch your live systems.

    1. Day 0

      A 20-minute call

Where does the repetitive work sit, and is one process worth trying? If there's no fit, we tell you.

    2. Days 1–5

      We build it

One process, two or three success criteria, built on sample data that matches your rules. Then we introduce you to your intern, with a link to open and show your team.

    3. Review

      You judge it

We walk through it against the criteria. One round of changes is included.

    4. Within 7 days

      You decide

Criteria met: the €349 goes to your first month. Not met: you get it back.

    5. Month 1

      It starts work

On your own data, first in a safe test setup, then live when you're ready.

The long version: the €349 Proof of Value, what we need from you, and how your data is handled

Proof of Value · one time

    €349

A working intern for your process, in five working days. Fixed scope, fixed date.

    • 100% credited to your first month
    • Money back if it misses the agreed criteria
    • Only due once scope and criteria are agreed
    • No access to your live systems

    After that

Cheaper than a vacancy. Easier to stop.

The junior figure includes employer taxes, holiday pay, leave risk and a desk. The intern covers a complete role playbook with several daily workflows. Cancel monthly, no lock-in.

    What the monthly fee covers

    • Onboarding on your process and your tone of voice
    • The connections to the tools you already use
    • Hosting on our managed platform in Europe, under a data processing agreement
    • Daily supervision and monitoring of the work
    • Monthly improvements as the intern learns your exceptions
    • A person checks it before anything leaves the building
    • No recruitment, no sick days, no employer costs. One fixed amount a month, agreed up front.

    Your data

A new hire who signed the NDA before day one.

The intern works inside your own systems. It runs on Sorrato's managed platform, hosted in Europe under GDPR, with a data processing agreement in place. That one place holds its rules, connections, security patches and audit trail. It's what the monthly fee pays for.

    • 01

Never used to train AI. Not ours, and not shared for that purpose.

    • 02

Only what it needs. It reaches what you've given it access to, nothing more.

    • 03

A person decides. Anything that matters waits for a yes.

    Questions

What people ask on the first call.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

A chatbot waits for prompts. An intern has a job. It reads what comes in, works inside your mailbox, CRM or ERP, and hands your team a prepared file to check and send. ChatGPT reads a document fine; what you pay us for is what happens next, with the result in your own system and nobody retyping it.

Do we have to change our tools or our process?

No. The intern learns your process. Most automation asks you to fit the tool; we do it the other way around.

Which tools does it work with?

An intern logs in where your team already works: the mailbox, the CRM, the ERP or the property system. Most cloud tools with a stable API or a web login work straight away, including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google Workspace, Gmail, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, Bloxs and LinkedIn. Exact Online, AFAS and older systems on your own servers get a short fit check first.

What if it doesn't do what we need?

That's what the Proof of Value is for. You see it work against criteria agreed up front. If it misses them, you get the €349 back, decided within 7 days of the review.

What happens if you cancel, or let the intern go?

The intern stops working, the same as any intern whose contract ends.

The work itself stays where it happened: records in your CRM, emails in your mailbox, documents in your drive. That was always yours.

We run the connecting layer between those tools, and it holds working data: logs, sent messages, processing history. When we part ways, you get that data on request.

What stays with us is what sits behind it: the playbook, the configuration, the way the intern was trained on your process. No intern hands over their experience on the way out either.

Is this a big IT project?

No. Nothing to install, no migration, no training. After you approve, the intern works on your own data within a month.

Where do you work, and in which languages?

We're based in Den Haag and work with B2B companies across the European Union, in Dutch and English.

“We don't send people. We place a named intern, and we stay responsible for it.”

Sorrato places digital interns at B2B companies across Europe. Each one works inside the tools your team already uses, updates the records there, and puts everything in front of a person before it goes out.

We are a father and son, and the two of us run Sorrato. Ronald Kloots brings decades in staffing, sales and running businesses. Vito Kloots, co-founder and lead developer, builds the interns and the platform they run on. Short lines, decisions within a day.

Our first digital intern went live in 2024. Every intern runs on our own platform, hosted in Europe, under our name.
